How do i make changes to my account?

Click on the "Edit/View Profile" link under the "My Account" section located in the left quick links bar, and follow the onscreen instructions. Changing the account's password has its own link under the same section. Make sure to click on the "Save" button after making the changes.


How do I delete my account?

Click on the "Register for an account" button at the top right side of the screen. In the "Create an Account" page, click on the "Create Customer Account" button and follow the onscreen instructions.


I forgot my password, what do I do ?

Go to the "User Sign In" screen, enter your username and user type and click on the "Forget Password ? Please Click Here" link. Follow the onscreen instructions.


Why do you require my phone number?

isubTECH needs your phone number in order to contact you for support.

Will my contact details be public?

isubTECH doesn't display your private contact information to anyone except the service professional

Can I show examples of my previous work on my profile?

To showcase your previous work in a "portfolio" you will need to upgrade your membership type to "Basic" or higher. Click on the "Edit Portfolio" link under the "My Trade Portfolio" on the left quick links bar. Press the "Upload New" button, and follow the onscreen instructions.


Where can I see the jobs I've quoted on or performed in the past?

To view projects you worked on in the past, click the "Completed Projects" link under the "Project Manager" section located in  the left quick links bar. To view projects you quoted, click on the "My Quotes" link under the "Project Prospects" section located in the left quick links bar.

How much does it cost?

There is no cost until a project is awarded and executed. Only at that time, the Provider/Vendor is charged a 4% project fee. There is no fee for Customers to use the service.

How do I register for isubTECH?
